I spent over a decade leading in-house creative and production for the largest health insurer in North Carolina. That means real budgets, high stakes, and regulated lanes. In that world, there is no room for "fixing it in post."

That’s the origin story. EXPAT isn’t a vibe. It’s a charter.

I’ve lived inside the machine long enough to know how work gets made, how it gets approved, and how it gets diluted. I stepped outside to run it cleaner, move faster, and keep the Big Idea intact.
